Hello, my name is Laura and welcome to my website.
I teach Mat and Reformer classes in and around Hertford. My classes cater for all ages and abilities and my aim is to teach fun and effective Reformer and Mat Pilates to strengthen and mobilise joints and improve flexibility.
A fully qualified and insured Pilates Teacher, specialising in orthopaedic conditions, rehabilitation, pregnancy and postnatal, seniors and children.

Pilates is a series of slow controlled movements primarily to strengthen the core muscles that stabilise and support the spine, realign the body and correct postural problems. Pilates brings mind and body together, focusing on concentration, balance, precision and breathing. It is the safest way to exercise and is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, promoting health and well being.
Pilates is also great to supplement other physical activity, from running to cycling. The pilates exercises are designed to mobilise and strengthen joints and improve flexibility, thereby helping with injury prevention.
Pilates not only helps improve and relax the body, but also helps to calm the mind. Bringing focus to your breathing and concentration to your movement, promoting health and well being.
