My classes cater for all abilities whether you are a complete beginner, or want to challenge your body further in an intermediate class.
You will learn the basics of Pilates including correct breathing, neutral spine alignment and how to strengthen all the deep core stability muscles through a range of different exercises. As Pilates is a continual learning process, the exercises will become more challenging as you progress, with the focus on bringing mind and body together.

PRIVATE STUDIO SESSIONS - Mat or Reformer
These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and supervised on a one-to-one or two-to-one bases. The sessions are particularly beneficial for those who require special attention to correct any problems caused by injury or for those with special requirements such as back care or pre and postnatal. The sessions are held in my Studio in Hertford.
The initial assessment will include a postural assessment and a tailor made 6 week progression plan.
PRE AND POSTNATAL CLASSES
Postnatal Pilates classes are run as a 6 week block.
